    接受訂單及訂單處理流程

  • 我們收到訂單後會盡快為您派送所有訂購的貨品。訂單一經派送，您將收到一封寄貨確認郵件，通知您所訂購的貨品已寄出。

  • 貨品將僅郵寄至訂單上所顯示的配送地址。

  • 收貨日期僅為估算。我們不保證收貨日期，且貨品一經配送我們不就延誤承擔責任。包裹一經從發出，所有延誤均不受我們控制。

  • 包裹確認收到後，亞洲綜合細胞庫不再承擔任何責任。在運途中的風險由您承擔。

    By placing an order you are offering to purchase our product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
    Order Acceptance and Order Processing Flow

  • We will send you an order confirmation via email once you click “Submit” in your checkout process. The order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. It only serves as an acknowledgement that you had placed an order on the Site.

  • Once your order is confirmed from our facility, we will dispatch and ship out the products.

  • We reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. The reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

    • — Product ordered is no longer in stock
    — Pricing or product content error
    — Suspicious of fraudulent order
    — Inability to obtain payment
    Our customer support team will contact you as soon as we can if there is any problem with your order.

  • Prices are shown based in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

  • If we discover an error in the pricing of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible to reconfirm or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.


    • Payment
  • We accept payments made by Paypal for all orders. Orders shipped to Hong Kong can also be paid by cheque. Our customer service team will contact you once we receive the order from cheque payment.

  • If we do not receive your payment, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the product ordered.

  • Our checkout process meets the international security standards set by the payment card industry.


    • Shipping
  • We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered as soon as your order has been received. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email to inform you that your order has left our facility.

  • Products will only be delivered to the shipping address listed in the order.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delay in delivery once the products are shipped. Once the package is dispatched from our facility, all delays would be beyond our control.

  • We will not be responsible for any package that has been delivered. The product will be at your risk from the time it is placed with or collected by the shipper/courier.
