On December 16, Asia Pacific Silk Road Investment (00767.HK) announced that from December 16, 2020: (i) Appointed Yan Li has as the chairman of the board of directors, and (ii) Appointed Jojo Cao as the executive director. Academician Randy Wayne SCHEKMAN was appointed as the honorary chairman and chief scientist of the company. The appointment is effective from December 16, 2020.
