Announcement | Asia Pacific Silk Road Investment Company Limited (00767.HK): Yuhe Holdings intends to sell HK$1.645 billion corporate convertible notes to Zhongji 1 International Medical Group (Kong Kong)

Asia Pacific Silk Road Investment Company Limited (00767.HK) announced that the company has been notified by Yuhe Holdings Co., Ltd., the holder of the company’s convertible notes (the principal amount is HK$2.182 billion) about the signed sale agreement with Zhongji 1 International Medical Group (Kong Kong) on September 16, 2020. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement, the company's convertible notes with a principal amount of HK$1.645 billion to Zhongji 1 International Medical Group (Kong Kong) can be converted into HK$8.225 billion company shares at a conversion price of HK$0.20 per conversion share.
